Everything about a task is in its card: the ask, what we do, the steps — ours and the client's — and comments. Our part done and checked — the card goes to «Review»; the client looks — «Done».
No server answered, so votes and comments are saved in this browser only — they stay with you until the plan is published.
How this is kept
The scope of work is edited in data/plan.json and arrives here with
npm run plan — the same source feeds this page and docs/ROADMAP.md.
A new request comes in — a new entry at the top of the source: date, author, the exact quote,
epic, kind, status todo. Taken into work — doing. Waiting on them —
waiting. An open question — open. Done on their side, ours to verify —
check (the «Review» column). Closed — done plus a link to
where it can be seen. Side: us, client, both.
Status and step marks are moved with the mouse on this page, not in the file: they go to
Cloudflare KV and are visible to everyone who opens the plan, without a commit. Before closing a
session — npm run plan:check: it fails if a page has drifted from the source.
